2011 Pre-registration for Halloween and Membership

Trick or Treat Nighttime Event: Saturday, October 29th

Residents that will NOT be handing out candy during Trick-or-Treat may skip regular registration and choose to pre-register until October 15. Pre-registration includes opting out for purchasing candy—you pay a little more and East Towne will supply your candy donation. Simply fill in the pre-registration form and drop it off or mail it in. No crowds, no last minute candy runs!

Pre-registration Requirements: Register by October 15. This option is only for houses NOT giving out candy during Trick or Treat. Pre-registration is purely optional and offered as a convenience. Our regular registration week is scheduled for the week before Halloween for those who do not pre-register. No candy donation needed! Candy is supplied by East Towne and is covered by the extra $5 fee. Tosa East Towne Neighborhood Association Membership required.	Annual memberships run from October 2011 to September 2012. Early membership registrations will be applied to the 2011/12 membership. You may become a member of the Tosa East Towne Neighborhood Association and not select to participate in Halloween using this form. Our membership drive runs to the end of October, but you may still become a member at any time during the year.
